Wow I have had my carpet’s shampooed many times over the years, my previous carpet company retires and recommended Jupiter to me. Alex was the one who took my call and was able to set up an appointment right away for me, Willy was my tech and he was awesome!! He actually got stains out that my previous company was unable to remove. I was planing to replace my carpet in the next few years but I think now I can probably get another five years out of them. Thank you gentlemen!

Jupiter did an amazing job on my carpet today. Alex had his co worker come to our house today and he did a fantastic job cleaning our carpet. Punctual, professional, and great workmanship.

Getting a quote and dealing with Alex was super easy! The staff that came (Willie) did a good and efficient job repairing my carpet. One thing I did notice after he left was a very sharp razor left behind and I ended up vacuuming it up. Luckily my daughter or dog didn't step on it or find it.

They were awesome and able to come the day I needed. They called before coming to make sure I was ready and they were on the way, quick and professional and got out everything I thought for sure was not coming out. Its like I never had 2 small children in there! Highly recommend, it is no surprise they have all 5 star reviews, will definitely be using again.

We requested quotes from many different companies and Jupiter was one of the first to even respond. Alex was AMAZING! Excellent customer service, excellent work , on time and professional. We read the reviews and decided this was the company for us, and the 5 star reviews show! Alex listened carefully to the cleaning I needed for an apartment move out. He explained the terms of service clearly so there were no surprises with the billing. The technician was courteous, very professional and left the carpet looking almost like new. He also did an excellent job of removing a couple of stubborn stains in the carpet that I could not get rid of on my own. As well, the price was affordable for a high quality carpet cleaning.
